With or without car, you can enjoy all the beauty that Calpe has to offer with Apolo 12 - 2D as your home base for your next vacation. The apartment is perfectly located in Calpe, it is a few steps from the beach, the salt lake with flamingos where you can take a nice walk, and the vibrant city center.
A peaceful start to your holiday already begins when you arrive at Apolo 12 - 2D. The building has its own parking spots, of which one is reserved for you. Moreover, the complex has an outdoor swimming pool, and the apartment can be reached by elevator.
The apartment has an open living and dining room with comfortable seating for 4 people, the living leads to the first outdoor terrace where you can relax on the lounge set.
The kitchen, across the living, features an oven, microwave, four burner ceramic hob, fridge with freezer, and toaster. The second terrace is right of the kitchen with a little sea view.
Apolo 12 - 2D is a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment. The first bedroom is equipped with a double bed, air conditioning and wardrobe, the ensuite bathroom features a bath / shower combination, toilet, bidet and sink. The second bedroom has two single beds, air conditioning and its own closet. The guests of this room can make use of the second bathroom, featuring a shower, sink and toilet.

1. Smoking is NOT allowed in this apartment.
2. One well-behaved dog weighing up to 7 kg is allowed. For the dog, an additional amount of €50,00 must be paid upon arrival.
3. You have 200 kWh of electricity per week included. Additional consumption is €0,35 per kWh.
4: The maximum number of tenants is strictly limited to 4 people; exceeding this number is not permitted.
5: Parties are strictly prohibited at all times.
6: You rent a private accommodation. Toilet paper and soap are provided upon arrival, but you must restock them yourself.

VAT included in the accommodation price
Energy costs. The electricity consumption is charged separately at €0.35/kW. On the departure day, the amount will be subtracted from the deposit paid at the destination.
